Thank you for shopping with Scriptures & Schedules! We create faith-inspired digital products designed to encourage your spiritual growth, support meaningful planning, and help you live more intentionally.

Please review our refund policy before completing your purchase.

Digital Products Only

All products sold through Scriptures & Schedules are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

Our products may include digital planners, prayer journals, Bible study guides, printable worksheets, and digital stickers.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital files will generally be available through your order confirmation or download link.

Refunds and Returns

All digital product sales are generally final.

Because our products are digital and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Accidental purchases
• Changes of mind
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Failure to review the product description before purchasing
• Software or device incompatibility disclosed in the product listing
• Products that have already been downloaded or accessed

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Download or Technical Issues

We want you to have a positive experience with your purchase.

If you experience difficulty accessing, opening, or downloading your files, please contact us through our website’s Contact page.

Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

Incorrect or Defective Files

If you receive the wrong file, an incomplete download, or a file that is defective or materially different from its description, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download, or refund where appropriate or required by law.

Digital Product Compatibility

Please carefully review the product description before purchasing.

Some products may require specific applications or devices, including PDF readers or compatible digital planning applications.

Scripts & Schedules does not guarantee compatibility with every device, application, or software version.
